After a successful banking career, including roles as Vice President at Bank of New York and M&T Bank, she embraced a calling to share the Gospel following a transformative encounter with Christ in 2001. Since joining ChristLife in 2012 as New York Regional Director, Dianne has equipped parishes with the Discovering Christ, Following Christ, and Sharing Christ series. She is a speaker on the Sharing Christ series, a conference trainer and also co-author of Share Christ book with Dave Nodar and Fr. Erik Arnold . Dianne is passionate about evangelization, helping parishes worldwide form missionary disciples.

In this episode I speak with Nick Hardesty, who works with the Center for New Evangelization at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati as the Associate Director of Adult Evangelization and OCIA. We discuss a document that his office created to help support parishes foster evangelization and grow disciples. The document is called The Process of Evangelization and Discipleship Diagram. This is first of two episodes. In the second episode Nick breaks down the different stages of Evangelization and the relate to the different thresholds of Discipleship in a person’s faith journey.

Pete joined ChristLife in June 2005. He grew up in the Catholic Church and experienced a life-changing conversion in 2003-2004. He lives in Catonsville with his wife, Ally, and four children.

Pete speaks at national and regional conferences encouraging people to invite others into a personal relationship with Jesus. He is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s University with a degree in History and completed masters studies in Non-Profit Management at Notre Dame University of Maryland.
